CHALLENGE

Joy Taxi is a modern and safe taxi company in the city of Varna, known for its innovative services. After successfully building a One page WordPress site and developing a marketing strategy for them, we faced the challenge of building a mobile application. The goal was to offer Joy Taxi customers an easy and fast way to order taxis.

Solution

The geolocation function we have integrated automatically determines the user’s location and finds the nearest taxis. The app calculates the route and price of the trip in real time, and the live chat and taxi tracking features provide direct communication with the driver and transparency during the trip.

Result

The created application is available for iOS and Android operating systems and is intuitive and easy to use. Users can now order taxis with just a few clicks, making the process much easier. The app has greatly improved the user experience and increased trust and loyalty to the service.
