Pamela, you’ve traveled a path from Vratsa through Burgas to Denmark. How has this experience shaped your thinking as a designer and creator?
As a designer, my journey has been a bit unusual. My hometown gave me a sense of authenticity, in Burgas I studied at the art academy to develop my creativity, and I continued my education in Denmark, where I learned the skills of clean and functional design. Today, I combine all these elements to create memorable projects.
Apparently, the only constant in my life is that I can’t stay in one place if I don’t feel I have room to grow.
Videos are your “strength.” For you, what makes a video truly good – the technique, the idea, or the emotion?
Undoubtedly the combination of all three! For me, a good idea is the foundation of the project, while emotion brings it to life and touches the viewer. But without quality technique to present it all in the best way, even the best idea cannot reach its full potential. When these three elements work in sync, you don’t just get a video, you get a real experience.
In the office, we know you as someone who gives 100% to every task. What gives you that focus?
It could be the four coffees a day, or maybe the fact that I am very ambitious and dedicated.
Jokes aside, I always give my all because I believe that only this way can you achieve good results that bring true satisfaction.
Do you have a favorite moment of the day at the office – for example, your beanbag time with headphones?
One of my favorite moments is definitely after lunch, when I make myself a latte and settle into the beanbag with my laptop and headphones. That’s my “zen” moment, which helps me focus and work productively.
Another favorite moment for me is shooting days. I enjoy being on set because it’s dynamic, and you never know what will happen.
So, you’ll either find me on the beanbag, or with a camera in hand, begging colleagues to join TikTok videos.
What does true “team spirit” mean to you?
For me true team spirit is more than just working together – it’s about supporting each other, trusting each other, and being able to rely on one another when things get tough.
And since the work environment is extremely important to me, I’m really glad I found this team spirit in our TouchTeam. #DreamTeam
If you had to describe your personality as a combination of two foods – which would they be?
It would definitely be something sweet and something sour. Like chocolate cake and lemon. The sweet side is my good side – I love supporting and helping the people around me. The sour side, on the other hand… you really don’t want to see me before I’ve had my morning coffee.
You rarely follow the seasons – it’s as if time should follow your fashion sense. What’s the funniest “out-of-season” outfit you’ve ever worn?
Everyone has put on a dress with a leather jacket in January, right? Or is it just me… I often say that’s how I manifest good weather, but I also have a conspiracy theory that all weather apps are against me, because I’m sure I saw 25 degrees, not 5…
What’s the funniest thing you’ve discussed with colleagues at work that kept you laughing for days?
There’s plenty of material, but one of the most unforgettable is related to my long leather coat. One day I dared to wear it to the office and, of course, my colleagues were extremely creative with their references.
The jokes started with Slavi Trifonov and quickly moved on to “The Matrix.” In the end they even sent me off with the iconic song “Zhiva rana.” We laughed for days, and my coat has been gathering dust in the closet ever since. Should I laugh or cry…
How do you imagine the perfect day off… if you ever decide to take one?
The perfect day off? I imagine myself somewhere on a beach, cocktail in hand, and of course without nightmares that Meta Business Suite has broken again…
If you could spend a whole day only creating art – what would you choose: painting, dancing, design, or video?
That’s a tough choice… all four are part of me, and knowing myself, I’d surely try to find a way to combine them all in one day. Maybe I’d make a video of me dancing while painting, and then create a digital version of the drawing? In the end, the most interesting things happen when you step outside the box.
If you had to make a short video about your life so far, what would its title be?
If I had to make a short video about my life so far, it would probably be called “Around the World and at Home: The Journey of a Creative Chaos.”

Какво е твоето вдъхновение в ежедневната ти работа? Какво те мотивира?
Основното ми вдъхновение е любовта към това, което правя. Възможността да работя върху разнообразни и предизвикателни проекти ме вдъхновява и ми носи удовлетворение. Най-голямото удоволствие идва от това да виждам как идеите на нашите клиентите оживяват, превръщайки се в решения, които имат стойност и значимост.
Има ли конкретен проект, който мечтаеш да реализираш заедно с екипа на TouchPoint?
Една от целите, които винаги съм имал, е да работя върху проекти, които носят реална стойност както за екипа, така и за клиентите ни. В момента съм щастлив, че имам възможността да участвам в разработването на вътрешния софтуер на TouchPoint – платформа, която прави работния процес по-ефективен и организиран, като същевременно улеснява комуникацията и управлението на задачите. Това е проект, в който виждам голям потенциал за подобряване на ежедневната ни работа.
Освен това, работим върху нещо съвсем ново, което напълно покрива визията ми за иновация и креативност. Засега ще запазя детайлите за себе си, но мога да кажа, че това е проект с големи амбиции, който ще предизвика интереса на много хора. Нямам търпение в най-скоро време да го споделим с вас, така че stay tuned!
Знаем, че си живял и учил в Лондон и си имал възможността да останеш там. Защо Варна е твоят избор днес?
Прекарах 9 години в Лондон, където завърших образованието си. Вярно е, че имах възможност да остана и да се развивам там, но още от самото начало не съм имал за цел да се установя за постоянно. За мен беше важно да получа добро образование и ценен опит, които сега ми помагат в ежедневната ми работа.
Варна е моят роден и любим град, затова реших да се върна и да изградя живота си тук. Вярвам, че България е място с голям потенциал, където млади хора със свежи идеи могат да създават и постигат значими неща. Радвам се, че мога да работя и да си партнирам с талантливи хора тук в България.
Какви са очакванията ти за развитие на уеб технологиите в следващите 2 години? Как екипът на TouchPoint се адаптира към динамиката и успява да предложи най-актуалните решения за своите клиенти?
В следващите две години очаквам изкуственият интелект да става все по-добър, с което ще се подобрят и автоматизациите на различни процеси и задачи, както и потребителското изживяване във всеки един наш проект.
Интересна посока е и концепцията за нулев интерфейс – бъдеще, в което взаимодействаме с технологии чрез глас, жестове и дори невротехнологии, без традиционни екрани и бутони.
В TouchPoint следим тези тенденции и проучваме иновативни решения, които правят работните процеси по-интуитивни и ефективни.
Какво обичаш да правиш в сводното си време?
Като едно истинско морско чадо, риболовът е сред любимите ми занимания – нищо не може да се сравни с успокояващия звук на морето и тръпката от улова. А когато метеорологичните условия не са на моя страна, обичам да разцъквам някоя добра видео игра и да се потапям в други светове.
Книга или социални мрежи е твоят избор преди сън?
Честно казано, по-често скролвам из социалните мрежи, отколкото да чета книга преди лягане. Понякога попадам на интересни статии или дискусии, друг път просто разпускам с нещо забавно.
