This time the interview has a nice nautical flavor.Introducing the man who has a captivating smile, is always in a good mood and is ready to fix any bug in the system! In short, the best and friendly IT support in Varna! This is Mihail Cherkezov – our operations manager in our office in Varna!

Introduce yourself in a few words.

My name is Mihail Cherkezov, 32 years old, a native of Tryavna, but I have been living and working in Varna for 10 years. I graduated from the Technical University in the city of Varna with a major in “Communication Techniques and Technologies”.

I always wanted to be a chef… and I did!
But then I realized that this was not something that I would do for the rest of my life and that would bring me satisfaction. I still have it as a hobby!

Working in the field of IT technologies, who does not stop developing in this direction! I am extremely happy to be at a company like TouchPoint that encourages and empowers. On a personal level, I am extremely grateful to have a great family and an amazing wife who is always there for me and supports me in everything.

How did you discover your passion for technology?

Ever since I was little, I always wanted to know and understand how a device works. I was waiting for my dad to not be home and I would take his soldering iron, disassemble the remote, the gamepad and start soldering. I have always been attracted to computers and electronics and at university this passion of mine deepened more and more.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love spending time with my family and traveling and traveling to different places together. When I have free time, I play basketball and soccer and I love to ride my bike. In general, I am a sporty person, but unfortunately I have less and less time left for it.
