CHALLENGE

City Home Park is a construction-investment company with over 15 years of experience in planning, design and construction. One of the company’s current projects is Expo Residential Park – a residential complex with controlled access and traffic, public service restaurants and shops and two levels of underground garages, a large park area, playgrounds and places for social activities.

SOLUTION

Each of the City Home Park projects has its own website corresponding to the look and feel of the property. The client’s goal is to give the site the same sense of refinement and elegance of web design that the property itself will have. The amenities for the future occupants of the property must be appropriately recreated already in the online presentation of the properties. Clean, modern design, non-standard menu navigation, distinctly refined style of fonts and images. These are just some of the requirements that we had to meet as a contractor for this project.

RESULT

And the result is more than impressive. Interactive visualizations of the building, convenient navigation for viewing the distribution of the building, through “backlighting” on the different floors, possibility to save the information about each property in automatically generated pdf files with a design corresponding to the site. Convenient inquiry form. The result is impressive because we put emphasis on the small details, harmoniously merge them with the main design elements and add the basic functionalities that users are looking for without overburdening. Representative and elegant to meet the high quality of this construction-investment project.
